First green public transportation, electric bus has been rolled out for commercial use in South Korea. The electric buses can travel up to about 52 miles on a single charge which takes about 30 minutes.
These electric buses can travel at top speed of about 62 miles per hour. Seoul is ambitious and has announced that half of its massive fleet of buses will be electric buses by 2020. This definitely helps reduce lots of carbon emissions for the cities in South Korea!
