GM EN-V electric networked vehicle shown at CES 2011

CES 2011 is not only about gadgets, there were some cool electric vehicles shown at CES. The General Motors' EN-V, so-called an electric networked vehicle was one of them demoed at CES 2011.

The GM EN-V is an EV that comes in a tiny size, which isn't as impressive as your existing cars. It sits on a flat slab that is dubbed the skateboard, which is where the car sits and slides as it moves and balances.

The GM EN-V weighs only 500kg, has a 50km range and also boasts a top speed of 50km/hour. All the 50s figure shall let you easily remember the specs of this EV.

The GM EN-V of course runs on electricity, giving off NO carbon emission, and some more it is able to network or communicate with other cars for certain information, such as braking to avoid one another, which sounds quite intelligent. But the question is whether it's applicable for the road? Anyway, the GM EN-V is just a concept at the moment.
